Types of indexes in SQL Server: 1- clustered: makes a physical copy of the current state. 2- non-clustered clustered index is much faster but has more hardware and memory requirements. Using stored procedures is a faster way to go thru the huge datasets as the data will be filtered for certain parameter values.
