It was a really well organized team interview. They encouraged us to participate from the beginning, consequently all brought something to the team. The group was splitted into several groups and each of it had to elavorate a project around a certain topic, then expose and deffend it.

- The second to make me an internship proposal and to answer any questions I might have.
Friendly interviewers, relaxed interview and the whole process of hiring was really well explained.

Il processo è durato un paio di settimane, ho fatto due interviste informali via videoconferenza prima con l’HR che mi ha chiesto di presentarmi sulla base del mio cv e poi con il manager del mio dipartimento che mi ha spiegato bene la posizione e chiesto se avessi eventuali domande

Thge whole process is made on just one day. It is long but they reply quick after, they make an English test and group dynamics besides two personal interviews. They separate the group for that
