Dos entrevistas, una con la responsable de RRHH y otra con un manager. La verdad es que en general la entrevista es bastante cómoda y amena. La empresa lo que pretende es que te desarrolles y sigas dentro de su estructura.

It was a 1:1 interview with a tech lead from the project. During the interview they asked about my experience, they made some questions related to technology ans then we discussed about challenges on one pf their projects

Describir experiencia laboral previa relacionado con el mundo TI, objetivos y motivaciones de cambio. Motivo por el que estaba interesado en el puesto ofertado y principal razón por la que me cambiaba de empresa
3 interviews, one on the phone and two in person. I was interviewed on the role I had not applied for then got a call that they needed someone with experience. Filed a complaint and was offered to interview for a different position.
