First, I had an initial interview with HR, to discuss my academic background and the position being offered. I also had a meeting/presentation where, along with other potential hirees, I was introduced to the company, its values, career progression, salary and other important subjects, and where we asked whatever questions we had. Afterwards, I had an interview with someone from the technical side, but we mostly talked about my background and experience so far. I was then contacted, for a final chat where they made me an offer

Three interviews, first with a manager, then with a Director and finally with a partner. The interviews are based on our academic and life experiences, and in our expectations for the professional future.
