Entrevista
I was given a campus interview (after applying though my school job fair). I was sent an email saying that they wanted to interview me the day after the job fair. Once there I was interviewed by two people in sequential order, but I noticed that in the first one was the only one that they were actually asking behavioral questions and writing down, the other person just wanted to speak about the company in general and if I had any other questions. They were very nice.

It was a 1:1 interview with a tech lead from the project. During the interview they asked about my experience, they made some questions related to technology ans then we discussed about challenges on one pf their projects

3 interviews, one on the phone and two in person. I was interviewed on the role I had not applied for then got a call that they needed someone with experience. Filed a complaint and was offered to interview for a different position.
