The project and the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on an exciting project for one of the world's leading international cruise line company.
Please note that this is an outstaffing position, where you would work as part of the client’s team.
In this role, you will be expected to understand the client’s business needs and requirements, carefully evaluate possible implementation options, and align with stakeholders on the solution details. You will then translate these decisions into clear wireframes and technical specifications for the development team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings, ask targeted questions, clarify business needs and requirements.
- Design and create wireframes for future applications, mostly using Figma.
- Assign tasks to the design team and monitor the process of turning wireframes into final designs.
- Document requirements and project agreements in the form of commercial proposals, technical specifications, and task descriptions in Jira or other task trackers.
- Report to the client on project progress, discuss issues that arise, clarify requirements, and conduct demos of wireframes, designs, and the software being developed.
- Regularly answer the team’s questions related to requirements, logic, and expected application behavior.
- Keep project documentation up to date by adding identified edge cases, new agreements, and improvements.

- Have excellent English skills and can communicate information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Understand the basics of UX and the main principles of building user interfaces.
- Have experience writing and maintaining documentation.
- Are attentive, responsible, proactive when appropriate, and work well in a team.
You're a great fit if
- Have experience in business analysis, technical writing, technical support, or software testing.
- Are familiar with software development processes such as Waterfall and Scrum.
- Know the main tools used to support the development process.
- Have knowledge of BA methodologies and notations for describing business processes.
- Understand the basics of databases and SQL.
