We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join our Commercial team and play a key role in driving the success of our game portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Maximize the impact of new game releases by helping ensure content is distributed to the most relevant markets and operators

Understand, communicate, and adapt game launch plans in line with individual title targets, key selling points, and operator objectives

Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure all preparatory work for game launches is completed on time and to the required standard

Review overall Studio performance to identify opportunity gaps at operator, market, and content level, including trends in game types and player demand
-
Support the development of plans to improve growth potential and long-tail performance, while ensuring clear communication and alignment with internal stakeholders and agreed roadmaps

Analyze game KPIs and market intelligence to assess performance trends and provide actionable recommendations

Represent and help shape each Studio’s identity and positioning through regular day-to-day engagement with internal stakeholders

Act as a key link between Studios and the Commercial team, sharing performance insights and supporting better content decisions for operators and markets

Travel regularly, where required, to represent assigned Studio(s) at industry events and customer meetings
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of gaming products, particularly slot content, with the ability to present games effectively

Genuine interest in and passion for gaming products and market trends

Fluent in English; additional languages would be an advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams

Ability to interpret performance data, market trends, and customer feedback, and translate these into practical recommendations

Ability to support operator and Studio roadmap planning with a strong understanding of market relevance and commercial opportunity

Self-motivated and driven, while maintaining the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders

At least two years’ experience within the gambling industry or in a relevant commercial, content, or sales support role
-
Ability to understand technical processes and translate them into clear commercial or operational actions

Awareness of legal and compliance requirements relevant to commercial and content-related activity
