The Collaboration Video Endpoints Business Unit (CVEBU) is part of the Cisco Collaboration Technology Group. We provide advanced video collaboration solutions that enhance communication and productivity across conference rooms, active collaboration spaces, and individual workspaces. Our team focuses on integrating AI-powered features to improve user experience and drive innovation in how people connect globally.

Your Impact

In this role, you will partner with product design teams from initial concept through mass production to deliver robust manufacturing test strategies. You will drive Design for Test (DFT) activities, ensuring reliability and simplicity while balancing test cycle time and cost.

• Design and develop manufacturing test strategies that influence product design to ensure high-level defect detection.
• Drive DFT activities across structural and functional testing, incorporating quality, reliability, and supply chain practices.
• Develop and maintain core software scripts using Python to support manufacturing test solutions.
• Collaborate with the TDE community to improve test coverage, resilience, repeatability, and performance.
• Manage project budgets and coordinate with external partners to deliver high-quality test solutions.
• Interpret hardware architecture and schematics to identify actionable circuit features for test implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or product development environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing test solutions for new electronic circuit designs.
• Proficiency in Python programming for automation and test development.
• Proven ability to perform test coverage analysis and interpret complex hardware schematics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Bitbucket, SonarCube, Kraken, or Jenkins.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting technical strategies to customers.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple, high-reaching priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
