We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their needs.
• Cash Management
• Responsibility for Opening & Closing of Premises
• Handling all deliveries, efficiently & accurately
• Excellent customer service to maximise sales opportunities
• Support of sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using IT systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in Retail / Off sales environments is desirable, but not essential.
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Good IT skills, including proficiency with CRM systems.
• Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
