About the Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Automation & AI Solutions Engineer to design and deliver practical, high-impact solutions for our clients. This role blends technical problem-solving, system integration, and direct client collaboration. You’ll identify automation opportunities, build and deploy solutions, and support client adoption—often within days or weeks of scoping.

What You’ll Do

• Build automation workflows connecting CRMs, accounting platforms, and operations systems
• Develop backend scripts and services using Python, REST APIs, and SQL
• Design and implement system integrations using webhooks and OAuth
• Deliver quick, measurable solutions: dashboards, automations, and data pipelines
• Collaborate directly with clients to scope needs and deliver outcomes
• Document solutions clearly and support client adoption

Example Projects

• Automating KPI dashboards and operational reporting
• Building integrations between CRM and accounting systems
• Creating approval workflows, notifications, and task routing
• Developing AI-powered automations for business processes using LLM tools

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Proficiency and hands‑on experience in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, or macros)
• 1–3+ years of experience in automation, backend development, or technical consulting
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent data handling
• Proficiency with at least one automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Python experience (Pandas, FastAPI)
• Exposure to AI/LLM tools or agentic automation workflows
• Familiarity with serverless platforms (Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda)
• Experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate
• Background in consulting or client-facing technical roles
