At My Biz Niche, we do not need another task manager pushing checklists around.

We are looking for an SEO Manager who can build structure, create clarity, and lead execution across multiple moving parts without losing control of quality, timelines, or strategy.

This role is for someone who thrives in operational leadership. Someone who can take complex SEO campaigns, break them into scalable systems, and drive measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and strategic delegation.

You will work closely with Account Managers, developers, content teams, link-building specialists, and a Junior SEO Manager to ensure campaigns stay aligned, organized, and focused on results that actually move the needle.

What You Will Own

• Lead SEO strategy and roadmap execution across multiple client accounts
• Prioritize initiatives based on rankings, traffic growth, conversions, and ROI
• Delegate and oversee execution through the Junior SEO Manager
• Conduct advanced technical SEO analysis and site audits
• Coordinate with content, development, citation, and link-building teams
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, QA verified, and completed on time
• Monitor project bandwidth, resource allocation, and budget adherence
• Translate complex SEO strategies into organized action plans
• Identify blockers before they impact timelines or campaign performance
• Mentor and improve the performance quality of direct reports

• SEO deliverables pass internal review the first time
• Technical audits result in actionable ranking improvements
• Projects remain organized and on schedule
• Teams receive clear direction with minimal confusion
• Campaigns maintain consistent upward movement in rankings and organic traffic
• Execution becomes more efficient over time through process improvement
• Clients and Account Managers receive strategic, data-backed communication

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong technical SEO knowledge
• Experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, or SE Ranking
• Understanding of site architecture, structured data, and technical audits
• Experience managing execution across multiple teams
• Strong organizational and delegation skills
• Ability to maintain standards under pressure
• Comfortable leading projects and mentoring team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in an agency environment preferred
