Your role
Are you detail-oriented and interested in financial markets and fund operations? Do you enjoy working with data and ensuring accuracy in processes?
We’re looking for a Fund Processing Intern to:
support daily fund processing activities, including validation of Net Asset Value (NAV), subscriptions, redemptions and reconciliations
assist in monitoring and validating fund data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems
identify and help investigate discrepancies, working with internal teams and external stakeholders when needed
maintain and update internal control files and databases used for fund monitoring and reporting
support the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders
contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives using data analysis and programming tools
help ensure processes are executed in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
participate in process reviews, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and mitigate risks
Your team
You’ll be working in our Wealth Management MFO Client Reporting team in Sao Paulo. We’re responsible for timely, accurate processing of transactions and events, including booking and handling of queries. As an analyst, you’ll play an important role in making sure our processes are compliant and positive for our clients.
Your expertise
currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related disciplines)
ideally advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) and fluent Portuguese
strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
high level of discipline, attention to detail, and accuracy
analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
basic to intermediate programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL, or similar)
proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data manipulation, and ideally macros)
