First they give a common sense, common knowledge test, Test questions are asked about electricity, what in this group of 4 objects doesn't belong... etc... then three separate interviews with shift Leads and Supervisors. They ask about previous experiences, why you want to work there, and if you know anyone who works there.

Entrevista
Process took a while. Had to do two "skill test" (the second one being completely f*cking retarded). All information you get after the interview is communicated with you via e-mail only. All the way up to your orientation.

Entrevista
Submitted an application online. Received a call a week later informing me that I've been selected as an applicant. Took a skills test and mechanical interrelationships test. The two tests took less than an hour, and upon completion, applicants who passed the tests received an interview.

Entrevista
First a test and initial interview. Then about two weeks later a second interview. Then third interview and background check. The entire process while lengthy was fairly simple and straightforward.
