The process consisted of an initial interview followed by an assessment centre on site where candidates were given tasks such as presentations to complete. The process was professional and fair, no issues overall.

Hiring process was quite a long process as it was done through a recruitment company, but no longer than other large companies using outside recruiters. Really responsive internal HR and external recruitment contacts.
Had interview at Bracknell office with a panel of 2. Lasted about an hour, asking the usual competency and CV based questions. A lot of questions on 3M. Really appeared interested in getting to know me so be prepared for a lot of two way communication.
Received offer within one week.
