I was interviewed with 6 rounds. All the 5 rounds went well and the recruiter talked about the finalizing the package and other stuff when this last guy came in from No where and got the last round scheduled just for 30 min and said that I’m not fit. I’m wondering why they conducted earlier 5 rounds when the last management guy was the one to make the decision why they waste candidates time on scheduling interviews when there is only one person who is making the decision. Totally waste of time. Never recommend. It seems more like they are getting there own known guys and wasting candidates time by scheduling interviews.

Recruiter contacted me from LinkedIn. No HR call, recruiter scheduled phone screen with developer for 30 minutes, he asked questions related Selenium, Ruby, Automation etc. It went well and got request for another phone screen after 1 week. this time It was with QA Manager and she asked questions related to Automation, some basic Ruby questions (what is module, instance variable..) I did pretty well and lasted for 45 minutes. They want candidate who can work on Automation and handle all their offshore teams, that doesn’t seem very interesting to me. Got a response from recruiter after a week that they don’t have position for me, Not sure what they are looking for. Such a waste of time!
