A DevOps guy was being called and interviewed for a position which seemed to be more like a Linux administrator profile. Job description sent to me had all the technologies of a DevOps profile. These people are themselves not clear about their requirements. Not a single question was asked to me based on my current profile and the technologies I had listed. Complete waste of time. This usually happens when you have a very weak recruitment team. Please be clear on your requirements. Get the CVs reviewed by experienced team members.
