I got contacted by the HR representative just to confirm my interest and to figure out if I was available for a phone interview. They called me a few days later and in the call there were 3 managers... We spoke for about 20-30 minutes and a few days later they call me to offer me the possition, not sure if this is standar procedure but I've heard that now they want to avoid dragging the interview process for too long so what they do is that they put several managers together and if one of them decides he can use you that's it.
The interview was really informal, it started with "tell me a little bit about yourself" and "then tell me a 3 of your weaknesses"... after that all the conversation was about my weaknesses. So in my experience if they are already calling you is because you are qualified to do the job so this interview is more to determine if you are a good fit and they will like to work with you.
