There were 3 rounds. 2 technical and 1 HM (Hiring Manager) round. The interviews went very smoothly and I cleared both the technical rounds. The HM round went well too, but after that I had to constantly keep following up with my HR for a feedback. Upon multiple requests for a feedback, after more than 2 weeks from the HM round, she shared a generic template email informing me that I had not been selected for further rounds. Of course the reason for rejection was not cited. What a spectacular waste of time for both the candidates as well as the interviewers!

My first round was telephonic about which I had already posted my experience. Once I was selected, the HR scheduled a f2f MR round. I was asked to show up by 12pm and the process was really smooth. I had to wait for half an hour before I was called. The interview lasted for 30minutes and the interviewer was very friendly. He was a really interesting person to talk to. I said I was from Kochi and the first thing he told me was "Damn.. You people should really allow people to smoke in your campus.. It should not be a no smoke zone :P" Overall my experience my good. I liked the dell campus very much. Currently waiting for an offer in case I got through.
