I had two rounds of interviews, and the second one was a remote one. For this role, interviewers were more hiring for talents than for experience. Other than your intelligence level and learning abilities, they seemed to also care a ton about your motivations and whether your personality is a good fit for this role (influencing abilities, EQ, management potentials, likeability, leadership, conflict resolution, etc.)
