Entrevista
First interview was a phone screen with hiring manager, about 45 minutes long. I was then scheduled for a series of phone interviews. After completion, waited about 2 weeks before being invited to on premise interviews, 5x30 minutes.
The on premise interviews were somewhat disorganized from a logistics perspective; I interviewed by phone again with same person. Because the phone number was not provided, she called my cell phone. Other interviewers never asked if I needed to go to restroom. No water provided either. The interviewers were a pleasant and competent team that had been recently assembled. They were all relatively new to their positions.
