First they offer a phone interview and everyone automatically has to take the Hackerrank assessment of 3 questions beforehand. I took that assessment and after one phone interview, I got the offer.

Leetcode questions and then some basic behavioral questions during phone interview
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX).
Entrevista
First rount (OA), 2 easy to medium leetcode, 4 mcq.
Second round with sde II 2 medium leetcode + behavioural.
Overall it was average, if you know basic programming fundamentals, good to go.

Entrevista
The interview process is smooth and they give a quick feedback after the interview. And the interview mainly focused on the Leetcode questions. Quite easy, just prepared in advance and be confident during the process.
