Entrevista
The interview process was easy. Completed fast with biometric in the end. Documentation took long time as they are required for BGV clearance. Rest all on the mails, they do the follow up.

Related to the field of experience. Since I was in Middleware Tech, the interviewer asked me relevant questions and answered them.
The IBM interview process includes resume screening, technical interviews on coding and concepts, and HR round evaluating communication, culture fit, and overall suitability. Overall difficulty level is easy to moderate .
1st round is technical round and another is Manager round after that got call from HR to negotiate the package. Received the offer letter within 1 week. Technical round lasted for 45 mins and asked c# basics, .net core questions and manager round discussed about current project and latest technologies used.

It depends on how desperate they are to fill up the position given than how well you match their requirements. Usually there would be a HR screening round -> Higher manager screening -> technical round-> HR(offer discussion)
