Application online, followed by a phone screening, then an invite to a recruitment weekend. At the weekend, there were a number of networking events as well as a full day of case work in groups with other candidates. On the last day, you had your formal 2:1 interview with one HR rep and one manager. Over the weekend, the interview is the EASY part - the hard part is the case work as you are constantly presenting on the spot, and need to be able to handle questions on the fly. Employees are also observing you the whole time to see how you work in teams - it can be a bit unnerving at first but once you get into it, it's a lot of fun.
