They annalise your CV, making direct questions and testing your knowleage about the company. there is no guidelines for interview. they can change depending on the interview.

So, don’t take it personally. You need to know this beauty industry is not about your hard work or skills. It’s about who you know.

Referral through a friend. Talked through the counter, team, role and challenges. Spoke about how I would manage the team etc, invited to meet the team and told I got the job the same day then through to store approval
