Great. The interview process feels like a nice conversation, where the user shows what the ideal candidate he is looking for, and how I can match my capabilities with that. It was nice, full of reasoning and consideration from both the interviewer and me. But, from the interview, we found that my background didn't fully check what he's been looking for--and that's okay, I feel like it's more respectful when both parties are being fully honest and considerate!

Online test and then in person interview. The online tests were faily standard. Interview process followed why pwc and why the role etc . They then asked if I wanted to ask them anything and I could tell that they were interested to see if I'd researched the role and company and had applicable questions.
