I had a HR screen, which I passed and was referred onto the hiring process for the SDC in Columbia. There, I had 3 half hour interviews with various leads, etc... The questions were all fairly behavioral/standards. I also had two assessments to do which were fairly tough, but I scored in the high 80's/low 90's on both. I didn't get the offer initially, but then proceeded to get an offer for an associate role instead. The offer was less than what I made at my current job....
