First stage is simple online tests. Second stage is the assessment centre. Consists of three parts: writing, numerical and reasoning tests and a group exercise. Fairly easy but keep track of time for the writing exercise and be active during the team exercise. Third stage entirely competency based. Make sure you come up with a lot of example situations beforehand.

The interview process consisted of two interviews each about an hour long: a behavioral interview and a live case study. The behavioral interview was conducted by a Partner at the firm who had me walk them through my resume and speak to certain experiences, including the typical questions of how you handle conflict, work in team settings, etc.
