I had 2 telephonic interviews and 3 in person interviews from a Manager till Partner/Principle level. I found the interview process to be smooth and interesting. In my opinion the interviewers were very friendly in asking questions as well as in responding to questions. The discussion was mostly on my subject area and there were couple of situational questions as well.

Relaxed and conversational interview, behavioural questions asked. The interviewers were really nice and it felt like a normal chat. They were open to questions from me. The feedback from the interview came rather quickly from HR, but could have been more elaborate.
