Online tests followed by an assessment centre compromising of: a group discussion, a written communication exercise and psychometric tests. Did not reach the final interview stage, however the experience was enjoyable.

First you submit an online application. Once you submit, you will be able to take an online test. If you pass the online test, you will be invited to a video interview. If you are successful, there will be AC. My AC was two exercise and an interview.

Assessment day with 11 other applicants. A lot of teamwork in groups of 6. Was asked to complete 1000 word essay based on new material in an hour. Finished with a fairly relaxed 1 on 1 interview.
