Entrevista
I applied internally online by submitting my resume, a cover letter, and answering short answer questions. I was then contacted to complete a phone interview, which took about 30 minutes. I was then asked to do an in-person interview with the Program Director and the Executive Director. Before the in-person interview I was asked to complete an online personality test. In the interview, I was asked typical behavioral and situational questions. I was also asked to facilitate a group activity to showcase my facilitation skills. I received a job offer about a week later.

Online test and then in person interview. The online tests were faily standard. Interview process followed why pwc and why the role etc . They then asked if I wanted to ask them anything and I could tell that they were interested to see if I'd researched the role and company and had applicable questions.

My interview process was a total of 3 rounds. The first and last round was mostly behavioral questions, and the 2nd round had some casing aspects / scenario based prompts.

They asked me to speak towards my leadership initiative and also gave me a case question that had some targeted follow-up questions.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved
