1 month after final round and still no response from the company. No decision let alone any feedback. Probably I won't get any at all. Concerning I spent a few hours in this process, it's disappointing. Other than that the experience was mostly positive. People were nice. Interview is 3 stage - online test, tech interview, hiring manager. One thing I did not like is I was pushed to meet on the final round instantly. I was forced to make commitment about my decision even before final round. They really seemed to be in rush - I was asked even about details like what kind of computer I want to work on. Hence, it's even more disturbing they wanted me to make commitment instantly and they don't care to give even a few words of feedback for a month.

The interview process consisted of several stages, beginning with a meeting with the recruiter. Following this, there was a take-home case study. Typically, candidates are given 7 days for this, but I was not informed about the timeframe initially, so I completed it intensively over a period of 3 days.

Friendly chatting over a lunch - beer and schnitzel - with the team leader. Discussing experience and expectations, current projects, future projects, technologies, plan for the team in future, etc.
