Entrevista
Interview Process consisted of 2 rounds. First round telephone interview and 2nd round office visit. Both rounds consisted of conversations with multiple people. The telephone interview was conducted by a Manager and Associate and the office visit consisted of 3 interviews that followed a 'Resume Blitz' style.

Describe a decision you made that wasn't popular and how you handled implementing it.
Two back to back interviews with partner and senior manager; both were behavioral and pretty straight forward. Though, expect partner to be a bit less engaging. Senior manager was very engaged and almost just seemed like a normal conversation.
