First round has 2 virtual - easy case and behavioral
Second round is in person - they are now doing a big event called Advisory Experience Interviews. Second (final) round was a group interview with 4 parts. Pretty easy and low stress I thought
The process was started with an initial online test (consisting of personality test and gamified activities) followed by online assessment day which consisted of several activities, including an interview, written tasks and numerical tasks.
It was smooth and manageable. Initially it was all about introduction and then about the resume and contents in it. And then the projects and then some technical questions. It was a pretty good interview experience from my end.
