L'iter di selezione per le posizioni entry-level (tipicamente, stage) prevede i seguenti step:
1. test di logica e inglese da fare online
2. Assessment di gruppo con svolgimento di un business case
3. Colloquio individuale motivazionale con HR
4. Colloquio tecnico con un Manager/Senior Manager/Director/Associate Partner
5. Colloquio finale con Partner (opzionale e da sostenere a discrezione di HR e Manager)

Come reagirebbe se le dicessi che bisogna lavorare fino a mezzanotte?
There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
