The interview consisted of three consecutive 30-minute rounds, primarily focused on techniques and tools. Although it was intended to be a video interview, I was the only one on camera. The discussions were heavily centered on past experiences rather than assessing future potential—despite the partner mentioning that they value fresh minds.
