I found several roles posted on LinkedIn and applied through their website. Overall, it seems that they post for the sake of some sort of PR. Only after connecting on LinkedIn with a senior team member that I was actually invited for an interview.

The interview process was comprehensive and professional, focusing on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, client service skills, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values. Separate interview with HR and 2 x partners
