Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Salesforce (Indianapolis, IN) em abr. de 2018
Entrevista
This was the most challenging and rewarding job interview I have ever done. The first three interviews consisted of talking with the recruiter and other designers. I was given a design challenge for the fourth interview. I spent around 20-30 hours working on the challenge and prepping for the presentation. When I arrived, I was set up in a conference room and presented the design challenge to a team of designers. The presentation was followed up with questions about the challenge and myself.
The team was very friendly and they asked good questions. I heard back from them within 24 hours.

Entrevista
I was given a design prompt abs has to present to a large group of employees I’d be working with. I was really nervous but the team was really laid back and kind and put me at ease. It felt more like a natural conversation at times

Entrevista
1. Application & Initial Screening
After submitting your application, a recruiter may reach out for an initial conversation. This is a general discussion about your experience, interest in the role, and salary expectations.
2. Hiring Manager Interview (30–45 minutes)
If you pass the screening, you'll have a video call with the hiring manager. This interview focuses on:
Your background and experience in UX/design.
Your design process, particularly around research, problem-solving, and collaboration.
How you've worked with stakeholders and developers in past roles.
3. Portfolio Presentation (60 minutes)
This is a key stage where you present 1–2 UX case studies to a panel of designers, product managers, and potentially a researcher or developer. They’ll assess:
Your ability to explain design decisions and user research.
How you approach complex UX challenges.
Your storytelling and communication skills.
Expect follow-up questions to dig deeper into your thought process.
4. Design Challenge / Whiteboard Exercise (60–90 minutes)
Some candidates are given a design challenge (either a take-home assignment or a live whiteboard exercise). This tests how you:
Approach problems with a user-first mindset.
Prioritise features and consider constraints.
Collaborate and communicate design decisions.
5. Final Culture & Cross-functional Interviews (45–60 minutes each)
The last stage often includes conversations with different teams, such as developers, product managers, or senior designers. They’ll assess:
How well you align with Salesforce's design culture.
Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
How you handle feedback and iteration.
Decision & Offer
If successful, you'll receive an offer, usually within a week. The process can take 3–6 weeks depending on scheduling and feedback rounds.
