This tests how you: Approach problems with a user-first mindset. Prioritise features and consider constraints. Collaborate and communicate design decisions. 5. Final Culture & Cross-functional Interviews (45–60 minutes each) The last stage often includes conversations with different teams, such as developers, product managers, or senior designers. They’ll assess: How well you align with Salesforce's design culture. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally. How you handle feedback and iteration.
