There were three rounds. All rounds I have performed well but they didn't select me They informed me this after long time. That was very unprofessional . HR didn't even lift the call

First interviewed was good. It was a guy with almost 20 years of experience and back and forth discussion about infrastructure strategies and sharing our findings. Second interview, I was given a piece of TF code with a 3 year experienced person (their own words) and asked very normal questions. It was a small app and had 3 diff state files which IMO is not fine and was looking like a university project. The interviewer was trying to put their words in my mouth which is weird. Everyone has their own experience and way of working. Third interview, about social change. It was in morning and I got 10 min late (we are humans). I excused, but everyone in the call got pretty weird and since approx 45 min were remaining out of an hour it'll be impossible. They were also talking about how busy their schedule is in next few weeks that they can't take another interview. I said fine, do it now, I have extra time. But they were SUPER BUSY afterwards. They emailed me for new time slots and I gave them 2 weeks of availability. Later, they just ended the process with standard email. I really doubt their professionalism now.
