Interviewed for a role in Singapore , the process was carried out remotely.
Initial stage was sourcing by recruiter online via linkedlin.
2nd stage will be a peer review for technical interview.
3rd round is case study where a business senario will be given and interviewers will performing roleplay to check your "consultancy" skillsets.
I failed at this stage.
The overall process was smooth, recruiters will reach out to you promptly after each round is done, However, there are limited rooms for package negotiation and most of the case its sort of like a down-rank offer.
For the case study round, they don't expect a pause in communication while a dashboard is given ( that means you still need to cater for the dashboard) ,
When I was informed not moving on with the process, the feedbacks are quite conceptual,
There will still be cultural match and leadership skill round as I noticed from the talent portal, to finish the process it'll probably take 2 months. but I didn't manage to experience the whole process.
