I applied for thoughtworks online and got a call from HR after a month. I was told to submit code for one of the two problems. I took up conference track management and submitted after 5 days. After two days, HR called me to bangalore office on a saturday. I attended 4 rounds: Round 1). Logical test. There were a total of 11 flowchart questions out of which i answered only 5, because I could not understand one of the commands. Time duration was 1.15 hours. Round 2). Pair progamming. I was told to extend my code. Even though i did not complete the code, The developer was impressed with the steps that i followed. Round 3). Technical round with three geniuses. I was told to design ipl tournament along with other java questions. Round 4). Technical round with two people. I was asked how hibernate works internally. Some design pattern questions. Even though i had done this round very well, HR told me it was not good and rejected me. I could not understand why, but even my friend got kicked out in the last round.
