Entrevista
Initially you will be given a programming problem by email which you have to complete and return within 3 days. Next there will be code pairing session where you will be asked to make some changes/enhancements to your original solution alone with another engineer. Next there will be few rounds of face to face interviews. Each interview will be with a panel of two interviewers. Technical interviews focuses mostly on programming, design and other software engineering aspects (object oriented programming, maintainability etc).
Compared Google/Amazon/Yahoo/Microsoft, there will not much of questions on data structures and algorithms.
There could be an interview focusing on ethics and team play.
There will be personality an IQ Test as well.

The interview was for .Net based developer.
First round was a coding round, where you will be given 2 work items that needs to be solved. So the analysis is basically on the thought process, and problem solving ability.
Second round is more a deep dive on your skills, previous projects and its work experiences.
Cultural round is more of things on how you behave on different scenarios and cases.
