I applied through an agency, they agreed to meet me right the next day. The consultant set up everything for the Zoom call, but they never showed up. I asked the consultant and she was surprised too. She said she will contact to them and get back to me and it has been more than a day and I haven't received anything. To me this is quite unprofessional. If they are busy with some urgent meeting, a call or an email wouldn't hurt anyone, I can totally understand it.
