Completed an online application that included questions on motives and general details. Next I did a couple of generic online tests. Then, a few days later I completed a phone interview.

The phone interview was centered around the 5 competencies Unilever look for in the ideal candidate. The questions are quite easy, provided that you do some research beforehand. There was a combination between competency questions and questions about the company, competitors and FMCG industry.
