Situational questions: what would you do to implement X at the firm
3 different steps from home about personalities. Then three short cases and a longer one to assess the knowledge. Then a whole day with interactive activities. Finally there should be the proposal.

I applied online and then was asked to do a series of online personality testing games. In my opinion these games are quite silly. The next stage was an interview with pre-recorded questions, I did not continue past this stage for personal reasons. But the questions seemed reasonable based on the job.
