I was contacted by recruiter via Linkedin for assistant planning manager position. After short phone call with recruiter, I was invited to one-day assessment for FGD, panel interview, and 1 on 1 interview. Turned out, only FGD and panel interview were done in one day as the interviewer for 1 on 1 interview was not available. The 1 on 1 interview was set up 2 weeks after assessment day.

The interview was held in full in English. The interviewers asked my current job desc, raw material supply and in case of raw material shortage. They also asked about my education background, why I choose that, and what planning for the next five years. Finally they give me opportunity to ask questions
