I interviewed at Unilever in June and it was a mess. Both interviewers weren't sure what team/division I applied to and asked me to clarify. The HR rep completely ignored my follow up on next steps and feedback so I had to reach out a full month later to close the loop on the interview process.

Behavioral questions. Recruiter was very non-responsive after the initial call. Required a ton of following up to get any form of communication from her. The hiring manager seemed very interested and engaging on the call, however was ultimately ghosted.
