It was an intense day starting with introduction, office tour and insight sharing sessions to warm up. The interviews have 4 rounds, pre-work+ motivation, functional challenge, group exercise and reflection; but the atmosphere was very friendly and engaging, which made the long day less tiring. Both the coordinators and the assessors have good energy to answer any questions at any time. Half of my group have already done internships with the same team. They gave out result and feedback the next working day after all the assessments are done.

For digital interview there are 2 rounds, group discussions and if you pass then 1-1. Group discussions aren’t too hard but time is very tight, then 1-1 interview depends on the interviewer
