Genesi Sosa is an Account Manager at Dell Technologies Panama. She is originally from Venezuela and was able to grow her career at Dell Panama through a program called AIESEC, which allows students and recent graduates to do internships through international exchange. She started in Sales Support and a little over a year later, she was hired as a full-time employee as an Inside Sales Representative. Since then, Genesi was already promoted twice and is currently working with the Regional Account Sales team. She continues to live in Panama, building her life and career in the country.
