We are delighted to announce that Mark Stewart will join us as our new CEO and President effective January 29, 2024. He will succeed Rich Kramer, who has announced his retirement after 24 years of service, including 14 as CEO and Chairman. Rich, congratulations and best wishes as you enter your new chapter. Your impact on Goodyear is deeply appreciated and will be felt for decades to come. Mark comes to us from Stellantis, where he was the COO of North America. He has also worked at Amazon and ZF TRW Automotive. He has a demonstrated history of driving commercial excellence, fostering innovation and building strong, diverse, and inclusive teams. We are excited to welcome Mark as our new leader, as we pursue our Goodyear Forward strategy to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value.

We are only a few weeks away from the world-renowned 24 Hours of Le Mans, an event that has been taking place every year in France since 1923! This automotive endurance race puts engineering prowess to the ultimate test, with drivers and teams competing to complete the most laps within a 24-hour period, regardless of weather conditions. Goodyear, NASCAR, Hendrick Motorsports, and Chevrolet have come together to create the Garage 56 project, which will feature a NextGen56 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 with a host of upgrades. This includes functioning headlights and taillights, a larger full cell, carbon brake discs, and specially-crafted Goodyear Eagle race tires! We can hardly contain our excitement to witness this entry compete in this iconic endurance race!
